TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully, which include our privacy and cookies policy, before ordering any products at www.marcussandberg.com. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders placed by the customer.

The Terms & Conditions can be updated from time to time without prior notice, so please review them each time you purchase from www.marcussandberg.com. Any reference to "you" or "your" means the customer; any reference to "we", "us", or "our" means Marcus Sandberg.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By placing an order on our website, you state that you are at least the age of majority in your country, have legal capacity, and you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights.

Marcus Sandberg reserves the right to decline to process orders and/or provide services to anyone at any time. All items are handmade and will appear different then to the images, this is a fully handmade process and any flaws or change in apperance is intentional as two pieces should never be identical.

ORDER & PRICES

All orders are placed through the website www.marcussandberg.com or via the email contact@marcussandberg.com.

All Marcus Sandberg products are made to order; we do not hold any stock.

Fabrication usually takes 4 to 6 weeks before shipment, depending on the product. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and the complexity of certain items, please be aware of this time frame.

Every order is processed via the website and email exchange between the customer and the Marcus Sandberg team. For custom orders you will provide us with the necessary information to complete the personalized order, such as the ring or bracelet size, billing, and shipping addresses. We will provide you with the product price and shipping cost.

When the order has been confirmed, you will receive an email detailing the order price and providing you with all the payment transaction information. Prices are established in Euros, and all payments due should be made in that currency.

Local charges/taxes (such as sales tax, custom duty, etc.) may be due depending on your country and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's expense.

The order is final and binding after payment is made. Once the payment is completed and proof of payment has been sent to us by email, the production process will start.

As the product is personalized and manufactured according to customer specifications, the customer does not have the right to modify or cancel the order, and there will be no refund of any amounts paid.

If any problem arises during the fabrication of the ordered product, we will inform you immediately.

Marcus Sandberg reserves the right to decline to process any order if the payment was not approved or processed by the customer’s bank.

PRICE AND TITLE

The product price is the one displayed at any given moment on the website. We make every effort to ensure the pricing displayed on our website is correct, but errors may occur. If an error is detected while processing the order, the customer will be promptly informed so that the order may be confirmed or canceled.

However, we reserve the right to change all product pricing without notice.

PAYMENT

All payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. All bank transfer fees are at the customer's cost.

All payment transaction information will be sent by email to the customer after the order is confirmed. All billing and shipping information must be provided by the customer via email when placing the order.

Shipping costs will be added to the product price, as specified below.

You will be responsible for any taxes, namely custom taxes, or any other amounts that may be charged by the competent authorities as a result of the purchase and shipment.

LOCAL TAXES

We are based in Sweden, so please note that local charges (sales tax, custom duty, etc.) may occur depending on your country and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

SHIPPING

When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipment details.

All billing and shipping information is provided by the customer via email when processing the transaction.

Average transit times are 3 to 7 working days within Europe and 7 to 10 working days worldwide. Depending on the destination, customs clearance can add extra time.

Shipping costs will be determined based on the delivery location and insurance value and will be informed to you by email before you place the order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

The customer is always responsible for the costs of the shipment, especially in cases where the customer refuses the shipment or if the transport company returns the goods to us because delivery to the customer was not possible.

FORCE MAJEURE

Since delivery is provided by a third party, Marcus Sandberg will not be held responsible for the shipment being delayed, lost, or made impossible to deliver due to reasons beyond our control.

All products remain Marcus Sandberg’s property until full payment has been made.

FABRICATION

As all Marcus Sandberg products are made to order, all orders are processed via email. Once the order is confirmed and paid in full, the customer shall send proof of payment by email to contact@marcussandberg.com for the fabrication process to start. Failure to send proof of payment may cause a delay. The product process will start and takes 4 to 6 weeks. When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipment details.

CANCELING ORDER

You can cancel your order before any payment transaction. Once the payment has been made, the order is final.

We cannot be held responsible for any mistake in size or any change of mind after the order has been confirmed and paid.
