SHIPPING AND RETURN

This page contains the shipping and return terms. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully, which include our privacy and cookies policy, before ordering any products at www.marcussandberg.com. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions that will apply to all orders placed by the customer.

SHIPPING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipment details.

All billing and shipping information is provided by the customer via email when processing the transaction.

Average transit times are 3 to 7 working days within Europe and 7 to 10 working days worldwide. Depending on the destination, customs clearance can add extra time.

Shipping costs will be determined based on the delivery location and insurance value and will be informed to you by email before you place the order.

LOCAL TAXES

We are based in Europe, so please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty, etc.) may occur depending on your country and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

The customer is always responsible for the costs of the shipment, especially in cases where the customer refuses the shipment or if the transport company returns the goods to us because delivery to the customer was not possible.

FORCE MAJEURE

Since delivery is provided by a third party, Marcus Sandberg will not be held responsible for the shipment being delayed, lost, or made impossible to deliver due to reasons beyond our control.

All products remain Marcus Sandberg’s property until full payment has been made.

Once the payment is made, the order is final. The prices of the items, shipping costs, and payment fees are determined and applicable on the date of order confirmation. If you are under 18 years old, you cannot purchase on www.marcussandberg.com.

Marcus Sandberg reserves the right to decline to process any order if the payment was not approved or processed by the customer’s bank.

RETURN

As our products are personalized and manufactured according to customer specifications, the customer does not have the right to modify or cancel the order, and there will be no refund of any amounts paid, regardless of the nature of said payment.
